Made with a techno-taffeta shell insulated with one of the finest luxury fibers—alpaca fine wool—this coat will keep you comfortable in changing weather conditions. If you receive your Monkland Village product and it's not what you expected, we will gladly refund or exchange it for a different size. Just contact us and we will email you a return shipping label.
We will accept the return of goods within 30 days of you receiving them. All orders are refunded to the original payment method. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition you received them, i.e. with hang tags, un-worn, clean and un-washed. All goods are inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will contact you and may have to send it back to you.
If you'd like a refund for your goods, but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
